My work with executive teams focuses on exploring dynamics and trust. I pull upon a number of tried and tested techniques for helping executive teams depending on the context, these include - creating an organisational mirror with verbatim feedback and themed areas for opportunity and challenge; deep observation and individual feedback; examination of communication and the team profile.

When working with senior teams and organisations, it’s my ability to pinpoint the dynamics at play in any given scenario and articulate them in an honest but empathetic way that sets me apart. My breadth of experience means I’ve seen and experienced many different cultures and leadership styles, I bring stories, insight, creativity and feedback to my culture and leadership work.
The work I love nearly always involves behaviour change. I help purpose-led organisations with:

Time in innovation consultancies and immersive leadership development fast-tracked my understanding of what’s core in creating successful businesses. I have a solid grounding and methodology in developing purpose, values and behavioural frameworks.

I am an ICF accredited Business and Personal Coach and I have managed teams and coached leaders for over 20 years. I have coached Executives, graduates and all levels in between. Now, I coach executives and I am particularly passionate about accelerating women in their careers and working with Founders. I vary my support depending on the person, challenge and what feels right for both parties.
My coaching approach is person-centred. My role is to create a safe space for reflection and processing. I aim to: understand you, your context and what is important to you; help you assess your strengths and achievements; and help you face your challenges. All to help you be the best version of yourself, and get to where you want to. My style is pragmatic, open and honest. I like to simplify things, I communicate in real (and sometimes colourful!) language and dislike jargon. ‘Chemistry’ is vital in the coaching relationship, so when I meet a potential new client I always suggest that they should try and meet/talk to three coaches before deciding with whom to work. I don’t charge for initial chemistry conversations and am happy to connect you with other coaches from my network as part of the initial process. Tammy began her career in Tower Hamlets working for the NHS, leading sexual health campaigns with young people. She brought a radical approach to sex education in one of London’s most ethnically diverse communities – and it worked. During her time there, the teenage pregnancy rate fell by 26%, outperforming the rest of inner London.
She then moved into business innovation and leadership development, first with ?What If! – the world’s largest independent innovation agency and the most values-driven organisation she’s ever worked with - and later with Wavelength. At Wavelength, Tammy saw firsthand the power of networks to transform leadership, supporting senior executives through immersive experiences that ranged from the cutting edge of social media in Silicon Valley to grassroots microfinance in rural Bangladesh.
Eager to understand the realities of driving change inside large organisations, Tammy joined Dyson as Global Talent Director, where she spent six years working closely with the CEO to attract, grow and look after the people needed to fuel the company’s extraordinary growth.
After the birth of her second son, Tammy launched her own consulting and coaching practice, alongside associate work with organisations such as the Forward Institute, whose mission is to build a movement for responsible leadership across sectors.
In 2021 she joined Elvie as Chief People Officer, drawn by its mission to empower women through pioneering, female-first technology. At Elvie, Tammy experienced the full scale-up journey: rapid growth, a major Series C raise, downsizing, stabilisation, and resetting strategy. She built a high-performing team and introduced progressive initiatives – including a nine-day fortnight – during a period of both ambition and immense challenge. Ultimately, Elvie faced continued turbulence, and in 2024 Tammy restructured, made her role redundant and chose to return to her own business with a renewed perspective on resilience, leadership and the realities of scaling organisations.
Today, she partners with purpose driven businesses, executives and senior HR professionals, offering consulting, advisory and coaching support.
